2nd Annual "Beat*Shot Spins for J Dilla"
Join us as we celebrate the life and contributions of James Dewitt Yancey (February 7, 1974 - February 10, 2006) A.K.A. J Dilla & Jay Dee. From the early 90's right up until his sudden passing, Dilla worked with countless R&B and Hip-Hop artists including Busta Rhymes, Common, A Tribe Called Quest, The Pharcyde and Janet Jackson. He was also a member of his own Detroit based group Slum Village.
This Celebration will include an art exhibition, video and live musical
perfomances. This will also be the official after party for 1st Friday Albany.

Music typically begins one hour later. Prices listed are
for tickets only, an additional $5 door charge may apply
for those under age 21 at our 18 and over shows.
